TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The cost for booking your Fowling lane reservation is by time, not by game. Your reservation will start and stop at your reserved time regardless of where you are at in your game or when you arrive. The lanes you selected at the time of purchase are not necessarily the lanes you will be assigned to at the day and time of your reservation.
ID POLICY
All of your guests over 21 must show a VALID ID for entry. We do ask that all guests are 21+ after 8pm, however if you have folks in your party that are not 21, please call us. We love to make exceptions where we can!
- While our policy is that you must be 10 years old to play, we do leave it up to parents' discretion. If you feel that your child (ages 6-10 years old) will be safe in the rink, we will allow them to play. If your child is 5 years old or younger, they are not permitted in the rink at any time for any reason.
Each lane reserved is assigned 10 nontransferable wristbands. This means 10 players max per lane, NO EXCEPTIONS. You are not allowed in the Fowling rink without a waiver wristband.Lanes and designated tables are available at the start time of your reservation. You are not guaranteed early access to the designated lanes/tables until your reservation start time. However, we can and will accommodate you and your group as much as we are able should you need time for set up.
BEVERAGE POLICY
NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED IN - NO COFFEE CUPS, WATER BOTTLES, WINE OR LIQUOR BOTTLES IN GIFT BAGS, ETC. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PUT THEM BACK IN YOUR CAR SO PLEASE DO NOT BRING THEM IN.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel prior to 48 hours before your reservation start time in order to get a refund on your deposit/payment. We will not refund any money for a reservation cancelled without a 48 hour notice. We can move your reservation forward to a future date / time for a one time reschedule. Please call to do so.
SPECTATOR POLICY
Each lane is permitted to have 2 Spectators - these guests will receive a unique wristband notating to other guests and staff that they are not to enter the rink for any reason. Any violations of this policy will result in the person in charge of the party / booker to pay a $15 per violation fee. For example, if the booker purchased 2 lanes and shows up with 40 guests - they will pay for 16 Open Players!
Note - exceptions can be made to this policy based on date and time, business discretion and availability and notice. Exceptions will be notated in your reservation.
There are tables located by each lane (3-4 ft. rounds with bar stools). Reservation Lanes hold MAXIMUM 10 guests per lane.
Once your reservation is complete, you will be asked to relocate to the Open Play lanes and tables so that the reservation behind you can Fowl for the time they reserved. You can continue playing in Open Play for as long as you would like with no additional charge. At that point, it is no longer a lane reservation and you will have to subscribe to the Open Play rules and policies.There is no KICKING or PUNTING of the footballs. No throwing the footballs across the lanes, or standing on the lanes. We adhere to a strict No Knuckleheads policy.We'll see you soon and #FowlOn!
